SIN Hot Sauce

Reapers, Apocalypse Scorpions, 7 pot, and ghost peppers round out this heat wave. Al these peppers were smoked for 5hrs and then paired with black truffle, fermented garlic and shitakki mushrooms to ground that heat and smoke in a rich earthy base. We aren't done yet, the sauce is topped off with truffle salt and natural cane sugar to add a final sweet note. Its hot, it's smokey, it's sweet and earthy. It's witchcraft in a bottle.
